Individuals age 18 or older with an intellectual disability and who are Medicaid waiver approved

Enrollment

All admissions referred through Intellectual disAbilities Services in Philadelphia, the Montgomery County Office of Intellectual Disabilities and Behavioral Health, or the Pennsylvania State Office of Developmental Programs, Contact Community Living and Home Supports for information.

 

Cost

Room and board charge is based on a review of the individual’s income including Social Security and Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
