Eligibility

• Individuals age 18 or older with an intellectual disability and who are Medicaid waiver approved

 

Enrollment

• All admissions referred through Intellectual disAbilities Services in Philadelphia, the Montgomery County Office of Intellectual Disabilities and Behavioral Health, or the Pennsylvania State Office of Developmental Programs

• Contact Community Living and Home Supports for information

 

Cost

• Room and board charge is based on a review of the individual’s income including Social Security and Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
